Personal Injury Accident n 5:39 a.m. Wednesday – Ind. 25, 2,500 feet north of CR 400S, Warsaw. Car lost control, went off road, rolled over and was upside down on its roof. Driver: Melinda A. Carter, 39, no address provided, Mentone. Injuries: Carter complained of neck pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
