Driver lost consciousess and ran off road, striking the corner of a house and a tree. Driver: William K. Shipman, 63, Center Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Shipman was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for a complaint of chest pain. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000.
