Personal Injury Accident n 5:39 a.m. Wednesday – South Ind. 25, 2,500 feet north of West CR 400S, Warsaw. Driver lost control, left roadway and rolled vehicle onto its roof. Driver: Melissa A. Carter, 39, Mentone. Injuries: Carter complained of neck pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for evaluation. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko Community Sheriff’s Department investigated.
