- 9:35 a.m. Monday - Joseph Zellmer, 19, of 1808 Shortridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 12:06 p.m. Monday - Benjamin Louis Adams, 22, of 7898 W. CR 1450N, Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 12:12 p.m. Monday - Efrain Parra Solis, 31, aka Daniel Delgado, Goshen, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $2,500.
- 5:48 p.m. Monday - Gary Luke Rodriguez, 30, of 35 EMS C25 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond: $2,000.
- 6:11 p.m. Monday - Kevin Eugene Schlemer, 45, of 502 Crest Lane Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and driving while suspended. Bond: $550.
