- 4:30 p.m. Friday - Todd Lee Dickey, 38, of 625 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for false police report. Bond: $500.
- 5:47 p.m. Friday - Fermin Martinez, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Lot 133, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 7:36 p.m. Friday - Chad Russel Cripe, 36, of 1201 Greenhouse, Lot 19, Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond $300.
- 8:01 p.m. Friday - Stacy Ellen Hursey, aka Stacy Ellen Harrison, 43, of 202 14th St., Winona Lake, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 5:25 a.m. Thursday - CR 100E Road near CR 350N Road, Warsaw. Car in ditch. Driver: Henry C. Miller, 65, North CR 450N, Warsaw. Injuries: Miller complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.
