CR 325E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear, criminal trespassing and probation violation. Bond: $2,100. • 5:52 p.m. Tuesday – Phillip John Hillman, 35, Bristol, arrested for domestic battery. No bond set. • 6:27 p.m. Tuesday – Amber Castro, 25, of 304 N. James St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. • 10:44 p.m. Tuesday – Lynn Allison Frye, 52, Shipshewana, arrested for fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $10,250. Personal Injury Accident • 5 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Rozella Road and Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Diane L. Raber, 65, West Baker Street, Warsaw; Robert L. Dorton, 69, West CR 1400N, Silver Lake. Injuries: Dorton complained of neck pain. Damages: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
