Personal Injury Accidents • 1:02 p.m. Friday – Intersection of US 30 and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Joseph B. Jacobs, 33, Lake Street, Warsaw; Gennadiy I. Trushov, 47, Port Matilda, Pa. Injuries: Jacobs was flown from the scene with internal injuries throughout his entire body. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. • 9:45 p.m. Friday – Silveus Crossing, Warsaw. Vehicle collided with a building. Driver: Cruz Murillo, 19, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Injuries: Murillo complained of abdominal and pelvic pain, and his passenger, Adilene Soto, 3, East CR 200N, Warsaw, complained of abdominal and pelvic pain. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. WPD. • 10:06 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of CRs South 600W and West 950S, Silver Lake. Vehicle left roadway and struck fence post. Driver: Katie K. Bowser, 21, Pierceton Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Bowser complained of head pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. • 7:21 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of CRs North 175E and East 175N, Warsaw. Vehicle left roadway and struck a REMC pole and Century Link phone box. Driver: Jose L. Vega-Nunez, 20, East CR 200N, Warsaw.
