 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 12:42 a.m. Tuesday – Cody Gibson, 16, of 5002 W. Island Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery. No bond set.
n 2:27 a.m. Tuesday – Keisha Grant, 29, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 4:04 a.m. Tuesday – Dalmacio Gutierrez, 50, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $5,000.
n 6:20 a.m. Tuesday – Jesse Carlton, 22, High Point, N.C., arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
n 6:57 a.m. Tuesday – Robert Mansfield, 48, of 10766 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
n 11:02 a.m. Tuesday – Darla Frasure, 51, of 427 E. CR 1150N, Milford, arrested for conversion. Bond: $750.
n 11:34 a.m. Tuesday – Vincent Carnegie, 22, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested for conversion. No bond set.
n 1:14 p.m. Tuesday – Darci Lutz, 42, of 707 S. Thwaits Court, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $500.
n 2:28 p.m. Tuesday – George Walbridge, 18, of 9956 N. Bayshore Drive, Syracuse, arrested for resisting law enforcement, obstruction of justice   and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000.
n 7:30 p.m. Tuesday – Justin Wallace, 20, of 1554 E. CR 225, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery and possession of salvia or a synthetic cannabinoid. Bond: $1,200.
n 4:47 a.m. Wednesday – Jon Hollon, 37, of 327 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $250.

n 10:37 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and East Center Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jordan Wadkins, 18, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Michelle Rowland, 42, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Rowland complained of knee pain; Arianna Carroll, 17, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Rowland’s vehicle, complained of neck pain; Darnisha Bradley, 19, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Rowland’s vehicle, complained of knee pain; Destiny Bradley, 20, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Rowland’s vehicle, complained of back pain. Damage: $25,000 to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 6:33 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South County Farm Road and CR 800S, Silver Lake. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Jeremy Warren, 41, North Ogden Road, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 6:56 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 15S and West Dixie Drive, Silver Lake. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Richard Sommers, 64, South CR 200W, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
n 12:53 p.m. Tuesday – 110 N. Columbia St., Warsaw. One vehicle struck a hole in the ground. Driver: James Brewer, 35, North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: Less than $1,000. WPD.
n 4:59 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North Detroit Street and CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jared Beer, 40, EMS D10 Lane, Syracuse; Gregory Griffith, 15, East CR 1300N, Milford. Damage: Less than $1,000. WPD.
n 6:15 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 100S and 675W, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Wyatt Huffer, 27, North Colfax, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
