Personal Injury Accidents n 4:12 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Center and North Harrison streets, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Carolyn M. McCord, 27, Wooster Road, Winona Lake; Jeannie I. Sanburn, 39, West Center Street, Warsaw; Brigette S. Young, 44, South CR 350E, Warsaw. Injuries: McCord and passengers transported to Parkview Medical Center for medical clearance. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. n 12:24 p.m. Tuesday – Sunset Drive, one foot east of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Vehicle left roadway and struck utility pole. Driver: Camera L.
