n 6:35 p.m. Friday - Randal Lee Kephart, 20, of CR 600N, North Webster, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.
n 7:53 p.m. Friday - Saber Lauren Charlton, 19, of 200 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000.

n 6:53 a.m. Friday - Ind. 15N, 900 feet south of CR 600N, Warsaw. Van hit deer. Driver: Adam M. List, 46, Fox Run Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
