n 4:32 p.m. Tuesday - Erich Jeffrey Wilhelm, 26, of 4478 Sullivan Road, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
n 4:40 p.m. Tuesday - Jerry Allan Harshman, 24, of 209 E. Harrison St., Claypool, arrested for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Bond: $300.
n 4:57 p.m. Tuesday - Jerry Joe Johnson, 44, of 6511 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
n 12:03 a.m. today - Tyler Matthew Berry, 19, of 8169 N. CR 620E, Syracuse, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
n 1:38 a.m. today - James Joseph Miller, 39, of 107 E. Hayden Drive, Syracuse, arrested on two counts of ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.
n 2:08 a.m. today - Pedro Hernandez, 27, of 1122 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license. Bond: $750.

n 8:19 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of Old 30 and Ind. 13N, Pierceton. Van-pickup collision. Drivers: Aaron D. Metzger, 29, Liberty Mills; Thomas M. Alderberg, 17, R48 1 Lane, Pierceton. Injuries: Franklin Seeley Jr., 35, South Street, Burket, a passenger in Metzger's vehicle, complained of head pain; Todd Seitner, 33, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, suffered facial bleeding. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
n 9:56 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of U.S. 30W and CR 200N, Warsaw. Truck-pickup-car collision. Drivers: Dwayne J. Leiter, 38, South Beaver Dam Road, Claypool; Willow Catalado, 35, Elkhart; Keith A. Robbins, 54, North Pearl Street, Etna Green. Injury: Robbins complained of head pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
