Personal Injury Accidents n 7:01 a.m. Monday – Intersection of East CR 450N and North 300E, Warsaw. Vehicle lost control on ice and struck tree and corner of home. Driver: Jonathan A. Martin, 39, EMS W23C Lane, North Webster. Injuries: Martin was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital to be treated for neck pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. n 5:17 p.m. Monday – Lake City Highway, 500 feet west of East Old 30, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jeffrey P. Tenbarge, 44, Woodburn; Linda S. Felger, 63, East South Barbee Drive, Pierceton; Jenae C. Renz, 44, North Walnut Street, North Manchester. Injuries: Felger complained of pain but refused EMS treatment. Renz was transported to KCH to be treated for back pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
