Personal Injury Accident n 2:19 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Brett M. Anson, Logan Street, Warsaw; Jerry K. Weaver, 74, Goshen; Autumn R. Kindig, 29, East CR 600N, Mentone. Injuries: Weaver complained of neck pain and Kim E. Banke, 35, Mishawaka, a passenger in his vehicle, complained of head pain; both were treated by EMS at the scene. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
