n 3:17 a.m. Saturday - Jakim David Wilson, aka Jake, Chester, 28, of 11 EMS C 27C Lane, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and public intoxication. Bond: $300.
n 4:40 a.m. Saturday - Cale Russell Erwin, 20, of 56 EMS C 29C Lane, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing, possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor, and public intoxication. Bond: $300.
n 12:36 p.m. Saturday - Kerry Lee Kern, 25, Auburn, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.
n 1:50 p.m. Saturday - Deborah A. Rasnake, 50, of 9620 Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.

n 11:04 p.m. Saturday - Matthew Gardner Simcox, 25, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and driving while suspended. Bond: $1,300.
n 11:32 p.m. Saturday - Fernando Juarez, aka Ferando Juarez-Nunez, 25, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
n 1:29 a.m. Sunday - Jessica Lynn Herbster, 25, of 2122 Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.
n 1:55 a.m. Sunday - Johnnie Ray Dove, 52, of 2122 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear and misdemeanor battery. Bond: $1,000.

n 5:47 p.m. Friday - Husky Trail, 150 feet west of Parker Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Jane R. Carroll, 69, EMS W19 Lane, North Webster; Barbara J. Vega, 30, Helotes, Texas. Injury: Vega complained of abdominal pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
n 12:49 p.m. Saturday - Ind. 19, 3,000 feet north of Ind. 19, Etna Green. Car hit mailbox, large rock and NIPSCO utility pole before rolling over. Driver: Donald R. Lewis, 54, Troy Drive, Rochester. Injury: Lewis suffered bleeding to his face. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
