n 9:47 a.m. Tuesday – Jacob Michael Cochran, 23, of 110 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for theft. No bond set.
n 11:33 a.m. Tuesday – Shateak Akem Jones, 26, of 508 W. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
n 2:50 p.m. Tuesday – Aaron Kinser Brubaker, 30, of 227 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.
n 7:56 p.m. Tuesday – Michael Daniel Dowd, 24, Blue Island, Ill., arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $2,000.
n 11 p.m. Tuesday – Jason Lee Sheppard, 35, Roann, arrested for possession of chemical reagants, possession of marijuana and battery. No bond set.

n 6:30 a.m. Monday – Lincolnway, 1,500 feet east of Ind. 5, Larwill. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Pamela M. Arthur, 53, EMS R4H Lane, Pierceton. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
n 6:56 a.m. Monday – Intersection of North Etna Street and South Ind. 19, Mentone. Semi-truck struck by train. Driver: David O. Booth, 51, Port Charlotte, Fla. Damages: More than $100,000. KCSD.
