 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8 p.m. Friday – Oscar Jose Jimenez, 25, of 510 E.?Rochester St., Akron, arrested for criminal conversion. No bond set.
• 8:23 p.m. Friday – Cassandra Levin Moore, 30, of 306 S. Franklin St.,?Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 11:52 p.m. Friday – Erik Alejandro?Rosales, 22, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw,  arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000. 
• 11: 58 p.m. Friday – Larry Hursell, 57, of 1041 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.  
• 12:41 a.m.?Saturday – Charles Douglas Zollinger, 27, of 11152 N. Humpty Dumpty Drive,?Cromwell, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.
• 1:08 a.m. Saturday – Bethany Diane Slabaugh, 20, of 10819 W. CR 1350N, Nappanee, arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 1:22 a.m. Saturday – Diego Alejandro?Ruiz, 30, of 38990 W. CR 100S, ?Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000. 
• 3:40 a.m. Saturday – Caleb Mann, 22, of 1606 Tippecanoe Drive, #A1, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to deal and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:43 a.m.?Saturday – Collin James Wallace, 19, of 1606 Tippecanoe Drive, #A1, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to deal and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:06 p.m. Sunday – Richard Dale Sherman, 34, Wabash, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $600.
• 8:41 p.m. Sunday – Becky Jo Niccum, 48, of 202 High St., North Manchester, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:36 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of CRs 400W and 200S, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Jose Zungia, 42, Warsaw. Injury: ?Zungia complained of pain to neck.?Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 4:14 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Old 30, Warsaw. Two– vehicle collision. Drivers: Austin Ort, 18, East Main Street,?Warsaw; Tyler Wadkins, 29, CR 900E, North?Webster. Injury: Ort was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital with an injury to the head. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

 • 9:40 p.m. Saturday – Lake City Highway and Commerce Drive, Warsaw Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jocelyn Layne, 16, Fort Wayne; Gregory Schurerman, 52, Delphos, Ohio. Damage: $2,500 to  $5,000. WPD.
• 10:14 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of East Center and North Buffalo streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Cori Fiddler, 72, Shelby, Ohio; Justin Smith, 35, Fort Wayne. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 2:24 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East Main and North Detroit streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Chon Chow, 72, East Harmony Court, Winona Lake; Roger Fitzpatrick, 17, Miami Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 4:54 p.m. Saturday – 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Car hit two parked vehicles. Registration unavailable. Driver: James Smith, 28, U.S. 30, Pierceton. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.
• 1:34 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of Ind. 14 and CR 450W, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Colton Francis, 21, CR 700, Rochester. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000.?WPD.
• 3:21 p.m. Sunday – 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to John Thiesen, East Market Street,?Warsaw.?Driver: Stacy McCarty, 53, East Pleasant Grove, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000.?WPD.

• 7:55 a.m. Sunday – Police responded to a report al of deceased male in the 2400 block of Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 12:12 p.m. Sunday – Officers responded to suicide threats in the 1500 block of Husky Trial,?Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:03 p.m. Sunday – A red cellphone case was found in the area of U.S. 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. WPD. 
• 1:35 p.m.?Sunday – A resident reported vandalism to a vehicle in the 800 block of South Buffalo?Street,?Warsaw. WPD.
