n 8:59 a.m. Friday - Andrew Jeffery Horn, 39, of 3366 S. Columbus, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
n 9:13 a.m. Friday - Jessica Lynn Harrell, 20, of 105 71 S. Lakeview St., Silver Lake, arrested for ephedrin restriction. Bond: $1,000.
n 1:12 p.m. Friday - Jeremiah Johnson Meade, 26, of 35 EMS W. 25 Lane, North Webster, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $550.
n 6:46 p.m. Friday - Jason Robert Halfacre, 32, of 544 Clinic Ct., Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,000.
n 8:08 p.m. Friday - Abraham Martinez, 20, of 411 W. Pike St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication and posession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $750.
