n 2:18 p.m. Thursday - James Jamar Collins, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested for intimidation with force. Bond: $10,000.
n 10:27 p.m. Thursday - Randy Gene Skym, 36, Midland, Mich, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
n 11:22 p.m. Thursday - Mark Raymond Hastings, 42, of 303 Mineral Springs, Winona Lake, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.
n 2:30 a.m. today - Kimberly Ann Mundy, 43, of 5900 E. George St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 4:42 a.m. today - Caitlin Renee Herman, 22, of 110 Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of legends or precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000.
n 5:24 a.m. today - Neil Stewart Scott, 30, Midland, Mich., arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
