The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:53 a.m. Friday – Matthew Robert Stewart, 24, of 909 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear, domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury, failure to appear, domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $15,250.
• 1:44 p.m. Friday – Patrick Donald Olson, 24, of 207 Western Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for sexual misconduct by a service provider and aiding, inducing or causing an escape. Bond: $1,500.
• 2:46 p.m. Friday – Derrick James Carlson, 24, of 809 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child. Bond: $6,000.

• 1:22 p.m. Friday – Intersection of North Parker Street and Husky Trail, Warsaw. Drivers: Amanda Clemons, 39, Ridge Valley Drive, Warsaw; Michael Robbins, 66, Sherman Street, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. WPD.
