• 4:41 p.m. Friday - Mickila Louise Heinfeld, 35, of 721 S. Warbler Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 6:45 p.m. Friday - Michael C. Roberts, 39, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, lot 57, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:55 a.m. Saturday - Gabriel Michael Reger, 30, of 108 S. Oak St., Mentone, arrested for intimidation and providing obscene material to minors. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:03 a.m. Saturday - Raymond Pena, 59, of 10862 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10:34 a.m. Saturday - Jordan Lee Windsor, 27, homeless, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. Bond: $30,500.
• 12:27 a.m. Sunday - Sabrina D. Smart, 54, of 140 EMS B33 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 6:04 a.m. Sunday - Amber Lee Tomblin, 38, of 14 EMS B18B Lane, Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $6,000.

• 5:50 a.m. Friday - A warrant was served in the 1800 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 6:27 a.m. Friday - A fatal accident was reported in the 300 block of North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:09 p.m. Friday - Household goods were reported in the 1000 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:08 a.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 300 block of East Fourth Street, Milford. KCSO.
