No bond set. n 12:07 p.m. Friday – Ezekial Dewayne Fitzpatrick, 19, of 316 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $500. n 1:09 p.m. Friday – Jacob Stanley Snoke, 25, of 1829 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,000.
Property Damage Accident n 6:27 p.m. Friday – North CR 300E, 32 feet north of East CR 1000N, Milford. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Lori R. Smith, 51, North Syracuse-Webster Road, North Webster. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
Incidents n 1:32 p.m. Friday– An employee of Warsaw Bowl reported the theft of cash from the cash register. Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 2 p.m. Friday – A Warsaw man reported the theft of prescription medication and other items from his vehicle in the 1900 block of Sand Castle Drive, Warsaw.
