n 11:01 a.m. Thursday - Anastasia Ruth McCormack, 26, Knox, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
n 3:40 p.m. Thursday - Luke Henderson, 47, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft and failure to appear. Bond: $2,750.
n 8:49 p.m. Thursday - Carl William Burt, 56, of 7194 W. Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and public intoxication. Bond: $550.
n 12:47 a.m. today - Chris Leonard Matza, 51, of 223 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 1:01 a.m. today - Alonso Contreras, 24, of 2947 E. Longspur Lane, WInona Lake, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 1:30 a.m. today - James Matt Sizemore, 29, of 3266 Doe St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

n 6:47 p.m. Monday - CR 200N, 100 feet east of Cessna Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Drivers: Rhonda S. Davis, 31, South CR 700W, Mentone. Damage; $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
