Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 6:12 p.m. Monday – Intersection of West Main and North Lake streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Donald K. Reinholt, 76, Gilliam Drive, Warsaw; Jonathan E. Cosby, 25, North Sullivan Road, Leesburg. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500.
