Injuries: Lackey suffered a head bruise; Michelle J. Lindzy, 51, north CR 175E, Warsaw, a passenger in Lackey's vehicle, suffered minor bleeding; Brittany Culp, 26, North CR 175E, Warsaw, a passenger in Lackey's vehicle, complained of abdomen pain.
