- 5:34 p.m. Thursday - Phillip J. Vincent, 28, of 4526 W. Manns Road, Claypool, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
- 6:50 p.m. Thursday - Robert Mitchell Scott, 36, of 3757 N. CR 900W, Cromwell, arrested for ephedrin restriction. Bond: $1,000.
- 7:48 p.m. Thursday - Gus Chiampoulos, 54, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 8:14 p.m. Thursday - Charles Douglas Smith, 38, Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 11:56 p.m. Thursday - Kyle Thomas Henson, 22, of 310 N. West St., Milford, arrested for a bond revocation. No bond set.
- 4:02 a.m. today - Kara Lea Gerard, 25, of 2025 Lynn Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 4:05 a.m. today - James Michael Miller, 33, of 7263 E. Blacks Court, North Webster, arrested for an out-of-county warrant and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $4,750.
