• 11:35 a.m. Friday – Eric William Hough, 31, of 164 EMS D18 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. No bond listed.
• 12:32 p.m. Friday – Breonna Nichole Kay Booher, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested for a misdemeanor probation violation. No bond.
• 1:43 p.m. Friday – Clarke Timothy Rutledge, 57, of 6273 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 6:55 p.m. Friday – Daniel Ray Farmer, 36, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #78, Pierceton, arrested in the 1500 block of South CR 900E, Pierceton, on two counts of failure to pay. Bond: $1,246.
• 7:01 p.m. Friday – Kyle Edward Slater, 27, of 403 E. First St., South Whitley, arrested in the 3500 block of East CR 100S, Claypool, for possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a syringe or needle. Bond: $5.250.
Personal Injury Accidents
• Noon Thursday – West CR 250N at Douglas Road, Warsaw. Rear-end collision. Drivers: Tomas R. Rivera, 20, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw; Robert N. Smith, 58, Indianapolis. Smith complained of neck pain but refused treatment at the scene. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:03 p.m. Thursday – East Center Street at North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Phoebe L. Schmidt, 17, South Southwood Drive, Warsaw; Anil Prajapati, 31, Columbia City. Schmidt was taken to a hospital for further evaluation by medical personnel. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. WPD.

• 7:03 a.m. Thursday – East Center Street, 160 feet west of North Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Cars collided in road/alley intersection. Drivers: Sierra L. Robinson, 21, South CR 400W, Warsaw; Bryce G. Mustain. 20, South Morton Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. WPD.
• 12:06 p.m. Thursday – Ind. 15 at West CR 400N, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Jamie L. Barry, 33, Kinwood Drive, Milford; Alejandro C. Rico, 31, Indian Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
• 1:14 p.m. Thursday – Private property in the 600 block of West CR 200N, Warsaw. Car struck parked pickup truck registered to Thomas L. Manuel, Indianapolis. Driver: Molly J. Plank, 40, South West Trail, Mentone. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. WPD.
• 7:09 a.m. Friday – U.S. 30 at Parker Street, Warsaw. Car struck trailer. Driver: Carol E. Dyck, 74, Colonial Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,501-$5,000. WPD.
• 2:17 p.m. Friday – Parking lot in the 700 block of South Main Street, North Webster. Car backed into pickup. Drivers: Minh K. Tran, 44, East Wade Lane, North Webster; Michael J. Roach, 18, Amherst, Ohio. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.
