No bond set. - 1:03 a.m. Thursday – Tikisha Renee Stewart, 35, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear in court. Bond: $300. - 2:21 a.m. Thursday –Travis William Niles, 30, of 9774 E. Personal Injury Accident - 8:54 p.m. Friday – Intersection of CRs 75E and 550N, Leesburg. One vehicle struck a tree. Driver: Ashley Butcher, 25, of 4031 N. Old Port Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Timothy Botts, 32, of 201 W. Boston St., Syracuse, a passenger in Butcher’s vehicle, and Butcher both complained of neck and back pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000.
