CR 175E, Lot 60, Warsaw, arrested for dealing marijuana and possession of more than 30 grams of marijuana. No bond set. n 2:24 p.m. Wednesday – Raheem X. Glenn, 17, of 520 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing a schedule I controlled substance with intent to manufacture, deliver or finance. Bond: $50,000. n 4:07 p.m. Wednesday – John J. Styx, 57, Ingleside, Ill., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000. n 5:16 p.m. Wednesday – Jeremy D. Mabie, 709 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for check deception and probation violation. Bond: $275.
Personal Injury Accidents n 6:39 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 100E and 1000S, SIlver Lake. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jesse D. Ohara, 20, CR 1000S, Claypool; Roger L. Smith, 30, CR 100E, Claypool. Injuries: Ohara complained of pain in his left shoulder; Smith had a cut to his head. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. n 3:31 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Lake Street, and Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: David E. Anderson, 39, Main Street, Warsaw; Cassie M. Herrick, 23, U.S. 31, Plymouth. Injuries: Anderson sustained a small cut on his hand. Damages: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department Investigated.
