•3:56 p.m. Tuesday – Michael Ryan Nelson, 30, of 108 N. Poplar St., Silver Lake, arrested for parole violation.
•4:02 p.m. Tuesday – Rachael Elizabeth Fruit, 25, of 637 S. Harding St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and fraud. Bond: $5.250.
•5:31 p.m. Tuesday – Dantzler Newell, 19, Robbins, Ill., arrested for failure to appear, Bond: $102.
•6:28 p.m. Tuesday – Tyson James Montague, 27, of 112 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. No bond set.
•6:33 p.m. Tuesday – Brandon Charles Kelly, 33, of 3648 E. CR 500S, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation and failure to appear. Bond: $3,195.
•6:51 p.m. Tuesday – Jerrod Wayne Turren, 32, of 539 Buck Trail, Warsaw, arrested for two counts of resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended. Bond: $5,250.
•9:52 p.m. Tuesday – Erika Jennifer Bruner, 28, of 11090 N. Wawasee Circle, Cromwell, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
•9:53 p.m. Tuesday – Neal Ryan Minnick, 37, of 202 E. Washington St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

•7:13 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Springhill Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Joshua McMullen, 41, Columbia City; Linda Platt, 68, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
•4:48 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Parent and Petro drives, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Rama Craitian Bonam, Parent Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Carl Blocker, 35, Cheyenne Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
•8:06 p.m. – Intersection of CR 150E and Ind. 13, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Shawn Castillo, 44, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department investigated.
