Bond: $500. n 2:41 p.m. Tuesday – Dakotah Cephus Shepherd, 21, of 1522 Brookview Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000. n 4:10 p.m. Tuesday – Jeremy Joshua Lester, 40, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, No. 9, North Manchester, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,500. n 9:42 p.m. Tuesday – David Vasquez, 36, of 2441 W. CR 250S, No. 32, Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $350. n 10:35 p.m. Tuesday – Justin Matthew Zachary, 34, Goshen, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500. n 1:29 a.m. today – Darius Crawford Beene, 29, of 716 E. North Shore Drive, Syracuse, arrested for battery by bodily waste, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Bond: $500.
Incident n 9:55 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw woman reported domestic battery and unlawful entry into a vehicle in the 500 block of South Buffalo Street. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
