 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 6:26 p.m. Sunday – Maude Louise Hogan, 34, Fort Wayne, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. No bond set.
n 11 a.m. Monday – Richard Lee Harding, 48, of 485 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter and for driving while suspended. Bond: $2,205.12.
n 11:55 a.m. Monday – Merne Marie Calland, 45, of 9834 E. Chickadee Drive, Cromwell, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
n 12:18 p.m. Monday – Austin Jacob Messer, 23, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, No. 142, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $2,000.
n 4:15 p.m. Monday – Cassie Lee Walters, 34, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, No. 24, Pierceton, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $258.50.
n 5:30 p.m. Monday – Chad Monroe Morgan, 35, of 1512 Dot St., A, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,000.
n 12:36 a.m. today – Brittaney Nicole Smith, 26, of 9710 S. CR 100E, Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended and failure to appear. Bond: $300.

Accidents
n 9:35 a.m. Monday – North CR 175E, 1,300 feet south of East CR 550N, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: John L. Maahs, 29, North Old Farm Road West, Warsaw. Damages: $750 to $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 10:11 a.m. Monday – West Old 30, 1,500 feet west of North CR 875W, Etna Green. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Melanie J. Robinson, 32, North Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
n 11:05 a.m. Monday – 1500 Provident Drive, Warsaw. Bus struck canopy. Driver: Mary B. Hoffer, 37, Country Club Road, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Incidents
n 8:45 a.m. Monday – A Winona Lake woman reported an attempted forced entry into her residence in the 800 block of South CR 250E. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
n 9:31 a.m. Monday –  A Pierceton man reported two firearms missing from his shop in the 3900 block of South CR 600E. KCSD.
n 10:28 a.m. Monday – Police responded to a report of shoplifting in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
n 4:38 p.m. Monday – A Warsaw man filed a juvenile complaint in the 1500 block of East Sheridan Street. WPD.
