Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and public intoxication. Personal Injury Accidents - 4:14 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 900N, Milford. Two-car collision. Drivers: Andrea D. Ferreri, 32, of 208 S. Eastridge Drive, Warsaw; Timothy R. Avila, 33, Lagrange. Injuries: Avila complained of neck pain; Ferreri was transported to Goshen General Hospital by MTEMS. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sherrif’s department investigated. - 8:19 p.m. Wednesday – CR 500S, 800 feet east of Ind. 19S, Mentone. Car struck embankment. Driver: Ryan Wagoner, 17, Ind. 25S, Warsaw.
