 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 12:52 p.m. Thursday – Laci Rae Harper, 26, of 107 E. Center St., Burket, arrested for cruelty to an animal, abandon or neglect of animal. Bond: $1,000.
n 8:53 a.m. Friday – Terry Lee Sabo, 27, of 10402 S. Ind. 15, #24, Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
n 11:05 a.m. Friday – Jefrey Wayne Reece, 36, of 3762 W. Old Road 30, #692, Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $500.
n 11:51 a.m. Friday – Derek James Barnes, 25, New Haven, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
n 5:32 p.m. Friday – Blake Alan Spindler, 19, of 409 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of alcohol by minor on highway, possession of paraphernalia used to enhance. Bond: $350.
n 7:44 p.m. Friday – Joseph Lee Rose, 36, of 1117 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy – protective order. Bond: $15,000.

Accidents
n 2:41 a.m. Friday – 203 S. Huntington St.,  Syracuse. Vehicle hit NIPSCO guide wire. Driver: Jordan Schultz, 23, Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
n 6:57 a.m. Friday – Intersection of East Adams Road and EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton. Eastbound vehicle lost control and ran off road striking a railroad corner post and earthen embankment. Driver: Cruz Cordero, 39, Market Street, Pierceton. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 12:04 p.m. Friday – South Buffalo Street, 70 feet north of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Julia Fugate, 32, Scott Street, Warsaw; John VanLue, 58, Northshore Drive, Syracuse. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 3:30 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and East Old 30, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jon Dobbelaere, 30, Paulding, Ohio; Teresa A. Croussore, 45, South West Point Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
