• 12:47 p.m. Tuesday - Jonath Lekieth Johnson, 41, St. Louis, Mo., arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 7:15 p.m. Tuesday - Ryan Michael Kennelly, 38, of 9778 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, arrested for possession of hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of paraphernalia, operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,250.
• 11:15 p.m. Tuesday - Ricardo Luis Ramos, 29, Portage, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 2:09 a.m. Wednesday - Shane Lee Senter, 50, of 748 N. Lake St., #2, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe or needle, possession of a controlled substance, obstruction of justice and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,2500.
• 9:55 a.m. Wednesday - Michael Alan Garman, 41, of 33 EMS C2 Lane, Warsaw, arrested on two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:34 p.m. Friday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West Monoquet Road, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jadin G. White, 19, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw; Juarez Celedonio, 63, Park Avenue, Winona Lake; Cody S. Yerger, 39, Plain City, Ohio. Injuries: Passengers in Celeonio’s vehicle, Maria Juarez, 64, Park Avenue, Winona Lake, had a fracture/dislocation to the shoulder/upper arm; and Esmeralda Juarez, 33, Park Avenue, Winona Lake, complained of pain to the entire body. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:21 p.m. Friday - Intersection of South Maple Avenue and East Market Street, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: William L. Metz, 79, West CR 200S, Warsaw; Yuridia Ahuatl-Ibarra, 20, North CR 200W, Leesburg. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 1:21 p.m. Friday - 700 E. Smith St., Warsaw. Vehicle registered to Scott E. Stephens, West Finch Road, Claypool, was parked in neutral, rolled backward and hit fence. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 1:31 p.m. Friday - 2495 Jalynn St., Warsaw. Pickup hit cement portion of light pole. Driver: Penny L. Hendrickson, 55, EMS B21 Lane, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 3:46 p.m. Friday - U.S. 30, 1,534 feet west of East Springhill Road, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Elsa A. Estridge, 18, Chesterton; Kylea L. Neiswender, 21, Argos. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 12:50 p.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Springhill Road, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Ciara B. Nichols, 28, EMS R4C Lane, Pierceton; Harold H. Brown, 89, East Steven Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 1:34 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North CR 500W and North CR 500W, Milford. Pickup hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole and stop sign, coming to rest in a ditch on a culvert. Driver: Seth R. Jacobs, 45, North CR 900W, Nappanee. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 2:30 p.m. Monday - Parker Street, 435 feet north of South Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Diane L. Gustafson, 59, East CR 1300N, Syracuse; Linda F. Blair, 65, South CR 275E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 8:33 p.m. Monday - U.S. 30, 250 feet east of Springhill Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Rohit Kumar, 37, North Sandcastle Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
