Personal Injury Accident • 7:26 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West CR 400S, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: David A. Fulkerson, 47, West CR 550N, Wabash; Mark S. Louvier, 51, North Sycamore Street, North Manchester; Timothy S. Jayne, 26, North High Street, Silver Lake. Injuries: Fulkerson complained of back pain; Louvier complained of leg pain.
