Bond: $600. • 2:30 p.m. Tuesday – Quincy Jenkins, 22, Indianapolis, arrested for probation violation. $5,250. • 5:18 p.m. Tuesday – Jennifer Lynn Lichtenberger, 41, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. No bond set. • 5:47 p.m. Tuesday – Steven Wayne Northrup, 52, of 7433 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $738. • 3:52 a.m. Tuesday – Matthew Steven Murphy, 39, of 10652 N. Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, open alcoholic container and driving with a suspended license. Bond: $700. Personal Injury Accident • 7:04 a.m. Tuesday – East Pierceton Road, Pierceton. Vehicle hit pedestrian. Driver: Kegan D. O’Brien, 24, South Ind. 25, Mentone. Pedestrian: Calvin J. Beard, 19, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Beard suffered internal injuries and lacerations to the face. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
