Bond: $300. n 1:27 p.m. Wednesday – Oscar William Tipton, 40, of 9462 N. Ind. 19, lot 27, Nappanee, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,250. n 7:34 p.m. Wednesday – Tarzan Prater, 49, of 108 N. Poplar St., Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500. n 9:59 p.m. Wednesday – Pavielle Jenea Brown, 29, Joliet, Ill., arrested for possession of paraphenalia. Bond: $350. n 2:42 a.m. Thursday – Sherry Lynn Koser, 39, of 5755 S. East Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for battery and disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
Personal Injury Accident n 10:42 p.m. Wednesday – Sunset Drive, 1,200 feet north of Biscayne Avenue, Warsaw. Driver swerved to miss deer and hit a parked vehicle registered to Bobby R. Vickers, Sunset Drive, Warsaw. Driver then rolled his vehicle which came to rest on its roof. Driver: Erik Cuautle, 17, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Injuries: Cuautle was transported by a family member to KCH for treatment. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Property Damage Accident n 9:27 p.m. Wednesday – West Old 30, 3,000 feet east of North CR 350W, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: William K. Powell, 68, Wabash. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
Incidents n 5:47 p.m. Wednesday – A Syracuse man reported criminal mischief in the 500 block of South Manor Drive. Syracuse Police Department investigated. n 7:29 p.m. Wednesday – A Syracuse man reported theft in the 100 block of Warrior Path.
