- 9:33 a.m. Tuesday - Cosme Arriola, 32, of 1404 Workman Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.
- 10:49 a.m. Tuesday - Leah Nicola Miles, 35, Elkhart, arrested for check deception and failure to appear. Bond: $1,025.
- 11:26 a.m. Tuesday - Daniel Ciro Trevino, 36, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual felon. Bond: $5,000.
- 11:59 a.m. Tuesday - Barry Dewayne Bruner,19, of 11090 N. Wawasee Circle, Cromwell, arrested on six counts of failure to appear. Bond: $2,750.
- 1:35 p.m. Tuesday - Roy Dean Kindig, 36, of 704 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for conversion. Bond: $750.
- 1:45 p.m. Tuesday - Javier Avila, 23, of 1202 E. Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $5,000.
- 2:04 p.m. Tuesday - Bryan Scott Taylor, 44, Lafayette, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,500.
- 3:37 p.m. Tuesday - Dustin Ryan Snyder, 21, of 8272 Beech Road, Bourbon, arrested for check deception. Bond: $250.
- 6:01 p.m. Tuesday - Rodney Dwyane Heltzel, 39, of 410 N. Park Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.

- 11:04 a.m. Tuesday - Ind. 15S, 600 feet north of Hill Lake Road, Silver Lake. Pickup went off road. Driver: Dennis W. Johnson, 37, South Columbia Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $750-$1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
