• 5 a.m. Tuesday - Miguel Angel Cardoso Jr., 31, of 958 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:13 p.m. Tuesday - Jackson Andrew Stroup, 27, of 201 S. Detroit St., #136, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.
• 3:25 p.m. Tuesday - Steven James Burnworth Jr., 25, of 401 W. Myrtle Glen Road, Silver Lake, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:03 a.m. Wednesday - Xavier Wade Russell, 40, of 1734 S. CR 275E, #17, Winona Lake, arrested for felony parole violation. No bond listed.
• 9:35 a.m. Wednesday - Mohamed Babah, 27, Oak Lawn, Ill., arrested for reckless driving and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 6:03 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Parker Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Logan E. Drayer, 19, Columbia City; Jean M. Mombia, 37, Rattington Circle, Warsaw. Injuries: Passengers in Mombia’s vehicle, Joseph Nancy, 36, Rattington Circle, Warsaw, complained of shoulder/upper arm pain; Woodnally Mombia Dhaity, 3, Rattington Circle, Warsaw, complained of head pain; and Dhaity Yline, 28, Rattington Circle, Warsaw, had an abrasion to the head. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:30 a.m. Monday - Intersection of South County Farm Road and West Hoppus Road, Warsaw. Car hit tree, speed limit sign and underground cable marker box. Driver: Selicia Lacher, 23, Bremen. Injury: Lacher complained of head pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 7:22 a.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 500 feet north of East Old U.S. 30, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Shauna D. Price, 29, East U.S. 30, Pierceton. Injury: Price complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 12:11 p.m. Tuesday - South CR 200W, 1,000 feet north of West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Truck went into ditch. Driver: Olivia C. Wilson, 20, Macy. Injury: Wilson complained of head pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. KCSO.
• 1:11 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Lake City Highway and East Center Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Corinne H. Blissard, 81, New Haven; Martha J. Hampton, 52, Fort Wayne; Michael R. Campbell, 33, Kendallville. Injuries: Blissard complained of abdomen/pelvis pain; Campbell complained of head pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
