Bond: $450. • 12:09 p.m. Wednesday – Cordell Spencer Williams, 57, Chicago, arrested for unlawfully obtaining a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250. • 12:34 p.m. Wednesday – Dustin J. Krapf, 35, Lagrange, Texas, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with schedule I, II controlled substance; possession of marijuana; and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $15,000. • 12:46 p.m. Wednesday – William Michael Omara, 55, of 11681 N. McCulloch Road, Syracuse, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant from another Indiana agency and driving with a suspended license with prior offense. Personal Injury Accident • 5:35 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East CR 700N and North CR 200E, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Donald A. Walters, 41, West CR 625S, Claypool; Gabrielle E. Flannery, 19, Aspen Court, Warsaw. Injuries: Flannery complained of head pain. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
