- 5:06 a.m. Sunday - Jonathan Lee Fitzpatrick, 36, of 9965 N. Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for check deception. No bond set.
- 6:53 a.m. Sunday - Joseph Benjamin Williams, 29, of 2119 Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of battery and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $5,550.
- 1:37 p.m. Sunday - Nicky Lee Blair, 28, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.
- 4:52 p.m. Sunday - Curtis Brian Collins, 30, of 5838 S. Monroe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and on two counts of failure to comply. Bond: $256.
- 5:45 p.m. Sunday - Mark Anthony Clemons, 33, Lafayette, arrested for driving while intoxicated, failure to appear and on two counts of driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
