County Jail Bookings
The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 2:08 p.m. Thursday – Trista Jean Baker, 27,  Kingsford Height, Ind., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
- 8 p.m. Thursday – Russel Alan Ray, 34, of 111 N. Main St., Sidney, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $300.
- 10:48 p.m. Thursday – Jaroslav Rybanitch, 57, of 800 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 12:05 a.m. today – Steven Ray Jefferson, 55, of 332 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and public intoxication. Bond: $550.
- 1:30 a.m. today – Aaron Ray Hill, 34, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear.Bond: $1,000.
- 2:19 a.m. today – Wanda Lou Hamilton, 51, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for aggravated battery and disorderly conduct. Bond: $2,000.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 4:14 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 900N, Milford. Two-car collision. Drivers: Andrea D. Ferreri, 32, of 208 S. Eastridge Drive, Warsaw; Timothy R. Avila, 33, Lagrange. Injuries: Avila complained of neck pain; Ferreri was transported to Goshen General Hospital by MTEMS. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sherrif’s department investigated.
- 8:19 p.m. Wednesday – CR 500S, 800 feet east of Ind. 19S, Mentone. Car struck embankment. Driver: Ryan Wagoner, 17, Ind. 25S, Warsaw. Injury: Wagoner complained of head pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

Property Damage Accidents
- 3:12 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15S and Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Paula Moore, 42, of 1670 Hawthorne Court, Winona Lake; Kaylee Shull, 18, 13140 Oriole Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 6:49 p.m. Thursday – Grandview Drive, 1,000 feet north of Hoffman Lake Road, Etna Green. Car ran off road and hit cable box. Driver: Darren A. Cox, 16, 2743 N. Grandview Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

Incidents
- 6 p.m. Wednesday – Daniel Byron Slone, 223 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, reported his tires being slashed. Damage: $200. WPD.
- 6:30 p.m. Thursday – Devin Alexander Smith, 714 N. Cook St., Warsaw, reported a theft of a video game console. Loss: $565.WPD.
