• 3:05 a.m. Tuesday - Jaimee Nichole Marshall, 26, of 204 W. Center St., Burket, arrested for false informing, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, felony theft and misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 11:23 a.m. Tuesday - Ashley Nicole Holt, 33, of 1220 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.
• 12:23 p.m. Tuesday - Don Allan Cronic, 44, Alma, Ga., arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 12:43 p.m. Tuesday - Joshua Logan Myers, 26, Valparaiso, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:43 p.m. Monday - A person was cited for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 9000 block of East Backwater Road, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
