Ben Lane, Claypool, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $750. • 2:40 a.m. Tuesday – David Michael Tracey, 45, New Haven, arrested for court. Bond: $500. • 5 p.m. Tuesday – Jacob Lee Hess II, 32, Anderson, arrested for probation violation – felony. No bond set. • 7:15 p.m. Tuesday – Jonahlyn Phaeth Quirk, 23, of 340 E.
