Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700. • 1:32 a.m. today – Zack Brian Barker, 20, Fort Wayne, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400. • 3:49 a.m. today – Hailey Kay Templeton, 32, of 202 Argonne Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of precursor and aiding in a felony. Bond: $62,750.

Miller, 77, East Wooster Road, Pierceton; pedestrian: Roma J. Terrell, 47, South Ind. 25, Rochester. Injuries: Terrell complained of back pain. Damages: under $750.
