Bond: $25,250. Personal Injury Accident • 6:23 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and East Old 30, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Jay J. Conley, 43, Columbia City; Eric T. Shaw, 19, Augustine, Fla. Injuries: Conley complained of lower arm pain. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
