Personal Injury Accident n 10:47 a.m. Tuesday – West Market Street, 500 feet west of Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sandra K. Moore, 68, North CR 875W, Etna Green; Linda S. Tinkey, 55, North Hartzler Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Tinkey suffered an abrasion to his lower arm. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
