Personal Injury Accident n 8:27 p.m. Monday – East Levi Lee Road, 1,000 feet west of North CR 100E, Warsaw. Vehicle struck dog. Driver: Amber K. Weems, 24, Parker City. Injuries: Driver complained of minor neck pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
