Incidents n 10:10 a.m. Tuesday – Police towed vehicle with expired license plates in the 1100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD. n 2:19 p.m. Tuesday – A Winona Lake woman reported she lost the license plate off the front of her vehicle in the 200 block of Esplanade Street. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
