• 1:35 p.m. Tuesday - David Harvey Unruh, 34, St. John, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 2:59 p.m. Tuesday - Ty Lee Parrett, 26, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, #21, North Manchester, arrested for inappropriate communication with a child. Bond: $1,000.
• 3:15 p.m. Tuesday - Danielle Rene Nulf, 33, of 219 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:36 p.m. Tuesday - Donald Lee Chichester, 46, of 6693 E. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. No bond set.
• 4:37 p.m. Tuesday - Nicholas William McMillan, 29, of 102 S. Main St., #4, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.
• 5:08 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Alan Garman, 37, of 228 N. Fort Wayne Ave., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:58 p.m. Tuesday - Mark Daniel Slone, 40, of 406 E. Center St., Sidney, arrested for theft - embezzlement with a prior unrelated conviction for theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:44 p.m. Tuesday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 51, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, public intoxication by alcohol or drugs and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:27 p.m. Tuesday - Michelle Anne Poe, 36, homeless, arrested on two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:03 p.m. Tuesday - Alfred Walter Paul McDonald, 55, of 602 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance. No bond set.
